La Bauhinia Restaurant

Inspired by the flower of the same name that graces the Hong Kong flag, La Bauhinia pays tribute to Prince Roland Bonaparte's passion for botany and honours the gastronomic heritage of France with a nod to the Southeast Asian roots of Shangri-La.

Located in the heart of our historic "palais", this true haven of peace welcomes its guests away from prying eyes and the hustle and bustle of Paris. An extraordinary 1930's-era glass cuppola, designed by the famous architect Maurice Gras, bathes the restaurant in natural light.
